Who we are
The Exit Management team advises on corporate exit strategies when a company’s management team lack the time or resources to plan and implement such a plan themselves. We work co-operatively with management to evaluate the exit or closure of underperforming companies or business divisions. We can review exit options, devise a withdrawal strategy and plan and manage the implementation.
What we do
Our services provide an efficient strategy that does not jeopardise reputation or stakeholder relationships, and at the same time allows management to focus on their remaining core businesses.
How we can help
We can assist businesses when;
- A formal insolvency would destroy value, impact reputation or is culturally unacceptable
- They are unprofitable or provide an inadequate return on capital
- They have been subject to an unsuccessful turnaround
- They have deficiencies in their pension’s provision
- The team provides a strong blend of practical, commercial, operational and financial skills as well as offering full project management and implementation of our plans.
