Will Inglis was a partner in Deloitte’s forensic practice for over 20 years. He is now a forensic consultant. He has extensive experience of both forensic investigations and the quantification of losses in disputes. Will is frequently appointed as an expert witness, an expert to determine disputes or an arbitrator. He has given oral evidence in several types of proceeding across three continents. He has an MA in Law from Cambridge University. |
Experience
- Acting as an expert in five Bilateral Investment Treaty disputes between investors and Central European and African governments in the media, energy, manufacturing and agricultural sectors;
- Acting as an arbitrator in a dispute between Indian and UK parties;
- Acting as an expert in several disputes following the global financial crisis involving $billions; and
- Acting as an expert in regulatory and class action proceedings against major banks in the UK and Australia respectively in relation to fees charged on certain banking products.

Will has acted in cases across a wide variety of commercial activities, in particular the financial telecommunications, engineering, construction, transport, leisure, energy, environmental, leisure, pharmaceutical, public and healthcare sectors.
