Frank Ilett is a partner in Deloitte’s Forensic and Dispute Services practice. Frank has specialised in dispute consulting since 1991. He acts as an Expert Witness on behalf of clients, assessing the quantum of losses suffered in corporate disputes. He also acts in Expert Determination, in Mediations, in other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and conducts accounting investigations. He works for claimants or defendants and occasionally deals with issues of liability as well as quantum in claims against accountants. |
Experience
- He has extensive experience of accounting investigations and in investigating the accounting facts that underlie the amounts of losses suffered in disputes;
- Frank has lectured widely over the last ten years on litigation issues, completion accounts disputes and other dispute related matters to professional colleagues and to external law firms; and
- He has given evidence in the High Court and in arbitration hearings.

Frank has worked on over 100 disputes across all industries. He specialises in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors with a particular focus on IT software implementation disputes and IT outsourcing disputes.
Professional membership
Frank is a CEDR accredited mediator and an approved Expert on the President of the ICAEW list of experts.
