Where do you stand?

Where do you stand?

Background

Now that the legislation has been in place for five months, are you satisfied that you have appropriate controls in place to prevent bribery? Have you implemented “Adequate Procedures” against a Section 7 ‘Corporate Offence’ prosecution? Would you like to know how your adequate procedures compare to those of your peers? Would you like a prioritised roadmap highlighting control enhancements to further strengthen your anti-bribery programme?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, then read on.

A diagnostic for assessing your “Adequate Procedures”
We have created a convenient and quick set of diagnostic questions which are grounded in the UK Ministry of Justice Adequate Procedures principles. This diagnostic can help you assess your anti-bribery procedures and controls.

The Procedures Diagnoser poses a series of questions against which your organisation can be assessed and is quick to complete. The tool provides a clear and concise summary of the degree of consistency between your organisation’s policies, procedures and controls and the principles set out in the guidance. Importantly the tool will also highlight areas where control enhancements may be necessary.
