Will Inglis has been a partner in Deloitte’s Forensic & Dispute Services practice for over 20 years. He has extensive experience of both forensic investigations and the quantification of losses. He is the European leader of Deloitte’s International Arbitration practice. Will is frequently appointed as an expert witness, an expert to determine disputes or an arbitrator. He has given oral evidence in several types of proceeding. He has an MA in Law from Cambridge University. |
Experience
- Acting as the expert in three Bilateral Investment Treaty disputes between investors and Central European Governments in the media and agricultural sectors;
- Acting as an arbitrator in a dispute between Indian and UK parties;
- Acting for one of the parties in a US$2 billion dispute over the failure of a joint venture between European and Asian parties; and
- Leading an investigation into compliance failures in a utility company and reporting to the Regulator.

Will has acted in cases across a wide variety of commercial activities, in particular the telecommunications, engineering, construction, transport, leisure, financial, environmental, leisure, pharmaceutical, public and healthcare sectors.
