Forensic Advisory and Investigation Services
We provide both proactive and reactive fraud and accounting investigation services. Proactive services include Fraud Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering and Market Abuse. Recent major engagements have included Fraud and Accounting Investigations, Intellectual Property Investigations, Asset Tracing and Recovery, Anti-Corruption Investigations, Financial Sanctions Advisory and Regulatory Investigations.
Disputes
A dispute can arise out of many different circumstances and across all types of industries. Typically, we assist clients with the following services: Expert Witness, Expert Determination, International Arbitration, Intellectual Property Disputes and Matrimonial Disputes.
Business Intelligence Services
We offer a range of services which help clients to better understand and address the risks when considering a transaction or business relationship in a new or higher risk geographical market. Our services include Integrity Due Diligence, Country Risk Assessment, Corruption-related Integrity Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence. We can also assist during situations of Commercial Dispute.
Deloitte Discovery
An entire commercial dispute, commercial investigation or multimillion pound litigation may rely on when a single piece of data was communicated, generated, altered or deleted, by and to whom, and under what circumstances. The Deloitte Discovery team is a global network of over 200 specialists assisting clients in addressing the technological challenges of today’s complex investigation and litigation environments.
