Jarrod joined Deloitte in July 2009 and leads the Analytic & Forensic Technology practice within Forensic and Dispute Services. Prior to this he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he lead their Forensic Technology Solutions team both in the UK and EMEA. During his seventeen years of professional experience, Jarrod has consulted on analytic and forensic technology solutions including electronic disclosure, litigation readiness, financial and transactional data analytics, data compromise and forensic data analysis. Jarrod has worked for multinational entities within the UK and around the globe. His practice specialises in the extraction and analysis of electronic data in a legally admissible manner and, in essence, finds evidence from data. |
Experience
Jarrod and his team at Deloitte help clients manage vast amounts of electronic data and navigate the corresponding legal processes, including:
- Criminal and civil investigations, financial and non-financial investigations;
- Litigation support and litigation readiness;
- Large scale data loss from an organisation or public body;
- Compliance requests from regulators (including the FSA, US Department of Justice, the US Securities and Exchange Commission and ASIC);
- Minimising exposure to fraudulent activities within financial and other enterprise systems by conducting forensic data analytics; and
- Supporting business recovery and turnaround by providing data capture and review.
