The Joint Administrators are still intending to announce a fourth distribution to creditors later in 2010. However the exact timing and quantum of the distribution is dependent upon, amongst other things, further realisations of assets and distributions from Heritable, as well as obtaining the approval of the Royal Court to make any such distribution.
The Joint Administrators will advise creditors whenever further information on this matter is available.
