Deloitte, the business advisory firm, has strengthened its corporate finance advisory team with two senior appointments.
Anurag Verma has joined the advisory team as a financial services partner. He joins from PwC Corporate Finance, where he spent over 16 years advising corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions internationally, most recently as a senior member of its Financial Institutions Group. He will strengthen the team’s experience in the banking, capital markets and specialty finance sectors.
Duncan Chandler joins the team from Rothschild as a director, where he worked for seven years and covered financial institutions throughout the UK and Europe.
