Special Situations

Our Special Situations team is led by Anup Shah and consists of M&A professionals who focus on delivering the maximum value to stakeholders and companies facing financial and performance and transactional challenges.

Applying our Corporate Finance Advisory skills, knowledge and experience, and seamlessly combining with our leading Restructuring Services practice, we specialise on the specific transactional, financing and performance needs and requirements of banks, investors and the management teams of companies who are underperforming and/or in financial stress or distress.

Situations where we can help

Whilst we often act on challenging and/ or accelerated disposals (Fast Track M&A), each situation has its own specific challenges and will require bespoke services to suit the specific needs of each client. Since 2008, we have advised on over 50 assignments covering a wide spectrum of stakeholder situations and industries.
