David is a Corporate Finance Partner, based in London, specialising in transactions between public and private sectors. David has over 10 years experience in such transactions specialising mainly in the property and transport sectors. David has extensive experience on the structuring of transactions, technology, security, public/private sector risk transfer analysis, advising on procurement strategies, evaluating bids, overseeing the complex modelling tasks involved in such deals, developing payment mechanisms, and undertaking negotiations on commercial and financial aspects of project agreements.
Prior to working in the PPP sector, David was involved in a number of the major privatisations in the UK in the late 1980/90s.
