Liz joined Deloitte in 1998 and has experience in Transaction Services, Valuations and M&A Advisory Services.
During her first 10 years at Deloitte she worked exclusively advising clients who operate in the healthcare sector – specialising in both private equity backed and trade M&A.
Over the last two years Liz has focussed exclusively on NHS M&A, working with BLT, Whipps Cross and Newham on the recent financial appraisal and integration preparation stage for the three way merger, as well as leading the financial advisory advice on the first ever competitive disposal of a challenged trust in England – of Bedfordshire & Luton Partnership NHS Trust. Liz has also been involved in the managed process of PCT provider arms and the non-core divestment of a shared service business out of an FT.
