Kevin is a director in the Corporate Finance division of Deloitte. He specialises in finance raising for PPP/PFI, energy and infrastructure projects.
Kevin’s experience of advising on PFI and PPP projects includes the Birmingham Highways Maintenance and Management PFI, the €3 billion Antwerp Masterplan transport projects, Project MoDEL for the Ministry of Defence and a bid for the Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft project. In the rail sector, Kevin is advising a high speed rail operator on the financing of a new fleet of high speed trains. He has previously advised Docklands Light Railway on its Woolwich Arsenal Extension and on the London Underground Infraco PPP value for money assessment.
In the infrastructure/utilities sector, Kevin advised EirGrid plc on financing of the €600 million Ireland-UK electricity interconnector. He has advised OFWAT on refinancings of three of the largest UK water companies, and OFGEM on acquisition financing for four gas distribution networks.
Kevin has eighteen years’ experience of advising sponsors, guarantors and lenders. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kevin worked in Schroders’ energy and project finance department for seven years.
