Director in the Corporate Finance group in London. Played a lead role on a number of assignments advising on mergers and acquisitions, the divestment/outsourcing of non-core activities, public private partnerships and has also advised on a number of UK privatisations.
Considerable experience of contract negotiations both within the public and private sector. Recent relevant experience includes leading commercial negotiations under the competitive dialogue process on the award of a contract to a Serco led consortium to manage the National Nuclear Laboratory; leading detailed negotiations on the refinancing of Royal Mail; and advising Government around the renegotiation of two significant loss making US nuclear clean up contracts.
