Bob Dee has over 18 years experience of providing business modelling services, in particular in advising on major transactions and projects working for both the public and private sector. Bob focuses his work on the following sectors:
- Public sector: Bob has a successful track record in leading the financial, commercial and business case work on large, complex transformational projects and programmes, in particular in relation to civil IT procurements, Private Finance Initiative (PFI) deals in property and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Defence. His government department clients have included the Cabinet Office, the Home Office, Transport for London, the Department for Work and Pensions, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defence.
- Real estate: Bob has extensive experience across a wide range of real estate projects supporting significant strategic and operational decisions, including strategic planning to evaluate housing market renewal options, group portfolio planning as part of an efficiency programme, and investment appraisal of commercial development opportunities.
- Technology and media: Bob has experience in supporting major technology and media businesses with significant investment appraisal decisions, procurements and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Bob worked for IBM where he also supported a range of business process and technology outsourcing projects.
