Andrew is a Partner in our Corporate Finance Government & Infrastructure team with responsibility for the Transport sector. He has over 20 years experience in the origination and execution of PPP transactions including outsourcing, project finance, public-private partnerships and privatisation. This includes advice to both private and public sectors in the transport, infrastructure, accommodation and defence sectors.
Andrew has extensive experience in leading negotiations on commercial and financial agreements; structuring and arranging of finance; evaluation of bids; complex financial modelling; development of payment mechanisms; risk transfer analysis; and balance sheet accounting treatments.
