Christopher is a Director in Deloitte’s Government & Infrastructure team based in Edinburgh. Christopher has over 20 years of PPP and project finance experience and is a prominent figure in the national infrastructure market. Christopher joined Deloitte in 2005 after a career investment banking with NM Rothschild and SG Warburg.
Experience
Christopher has considerable experience of advising both the public sector and private sector clients. He is leading adviser in infrastructure having worked on of pioneering infrastructure transactions and investment programmes for central government, local government and the private sector. Christopher has advised on infrastructure projects globally in the prisons, waste, transport, renewables, schools, housing and health sectors. Christopher has also advised central government in implementing key strategic programmes such as rail privatisation, the establishment of Partnerships UK and the potential sale of student loans.
He has experience in assisting the public sector prepare and evaluate robust tender structures. He also has experience in assisting the private sector in negotiating appropriate commercial and financial project terms.
