Doug Eastman is a Director in the Valuation Group of our Corporate Finance practice. Doug has more than 12 years of valuation experience concentrating on valuations required for financial reporting needs.

- Intangible asset valuations for financial reporting purposes including purchase price allocations and impairment analyses under IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP
- Involved with the interpretation of the valuation requirements under IFRS through his work with the Deloitte UK National Accounting and Audit group and through participation in working groups with the International Accounting Standards Board
