South and Wales
Our South and Wales team is led by Martyn Gregory and consists of 15 professionals who operate throughout the region. The team has combined expertise in transacting and advising across all industries, working with a wide range of clients on acquisitions & disposals, management buy-outs and management buy-ins, debt and equity fund raisings, long-term business planning and strategic projects.
Our clients include public and private companies, shareholders, management teams, entrepreneurs, and private equity houses.
Since 2006 the team have advised on over 80 transactions with an aggregate deal value in excess of £2bn. We have an enviable track record for deal execution and in 2012 we completed 17 engagements including disposals, acquisitions, refinancing and strategic advice. We work closely with our colleagues in other departments (e.g. tax, consultancy, pensions, real estate, audit) which allows us to pre-empt and solve complex deal issues which may otherwise jeopardise the transaction.
