Our Consumer Business team advises corporates and private equity house clients who are selling businesses and looking to make acquisitions. In addition to this transactional focus, the team also delivers the broader Corporate Finance Advisory offering to Consumer Business clients.

Cesar Parra leads our global Corporate Finance Advisory Consumer Business network encouraging day-to-day contact to originate cross-border transactions.

Our team is also fully integrated with Deloitte’s broader Consumer Business practice, identifying not only Corporate Finance opportunities but also providing our clients access to the broadest range of expert advice to develop their businesses and create shareholder value.

Over the last five years, we have advised on a wide range of transactions from the renegotiation of House of Fraser’s £300m debt facilities to advising management on our largest private equity deal of 2010, Texas Pacific Group’s LBO of Republic for £300m to the disposal of the assets and operations of Waterford Wedgwood to American investment fund, KPS.
