Case study: Country Risk Assessment Services |
Our client was considering establishing a commercial real estate subsidiary in Eastern Europe. Our work comprised a review of the political and economic risks posed by the jurisdiction, as well as a specific examination of the local property laws, prices and demand in the commercial sector, competitor profiling, restrictions on foreign ownership and the role that corruption, organised crime and political influence play in that sector. Our client was able to use this information to better prepare their entry into the new market.
