An industry in need of acute care? |

Background
Rob Harding and David Jones have recently written an article for Recovery Magazine about funding long term care and how we envisage that the result will be a reduction of the proportion of the market funded through the public purse and a resultant increase in the power of the consumer and other considerations pertinent to the current state of the sector in greater detail.
Additionally, whilst the precise future of the planned structural changes to the NHS currently hangs in the balance, we consider it likely that there will be a coming together of the NHS and LA’s in commissioning care, thus increasing existing pressure on pricing.
The piece includes our up to date credentials, detailing our recent experiences in the sector (both from an M&A and restructuring perspective).
If you would like to discuss any of the issues raised in this article further or indeed have any broader questions around the sector, please do not hesitate to contact Rob Harding or David Jones.
