Sally is a Partner who leads our Human Capital Financial Services team. She brings international experience as both a Banking lawyer and a Human Capital consultant, and is one of our most experienced strategic change management Partners. Sally works internationally with clients to design and implement business transformation programmes that deliver sustainable results. Having worked with clients in both the private and public sectors, for the past several years Sally has focused on Financial Services and in particular advising on large scale Finance Transformation Programmes. Sally brings a pragmatic and results-oriented approach to change management, communications, organisation design, leadership and talent strategies, which is based on her vast experience of complex business change programmes.
Key interests and recent projects
- Leading insurance provider: Sally led the strategic change, capability building, reorganisation, and culture change aspects of a large Finance Transformation Programme designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function and build the future capabilities of the finance function that would enable it to more strategically partner with the business and deliver greater value;
- Savings, mortgage and insurance provider: Sally led the transformation of the client’s global Audit function to better serve the strategic and governance needs of the bank, improve capabilities within the function, increase use of best practise, and meet local regulator, business and Executive team requirements;
- Global banking group: Sally led the People and Change workstreams with the design phase of the client’s Finance transformation programme, in particular advising on an intensive programme of senior management and stakeholder communications and alignment;
- International holding company: Sally led the Deloitte team to redesign the global HR function in over 32 countries and transform the quality and efficiency of its HR operations. This included creation of global shared service centres, the development of strategic HR capability, and centres of expertise, all supported by new technology, processes, and HR organisation structure. The Deloitte team that Sally led includes process design, organisation design, programme management, change, communications and training specialists.
