Annual Global Mobility Transformation Conference

Deloitte’s Global Mobility Transformation Conference is a full day event that delivers a mix of keynote sessions, interactive workshops and networking opportunities on today’s workforce mobility challenges. Our 2011 conference brought together over 100 leaders in human resources, talent management and global mobility from leading multinational organisations across a broad range of industries.
We were joined by guest speakers from leading multinational organisations including Diageo, Unilever, Manpower and Telenor Group to discuss the current labour market trends and how organisations are redesigning their global mobility functions in line with increasing globalisation and competition.
The conference also launched the results of Strategic moves – the first in a series of Deloitte global mobility surveys - which saw some 150 business and HR leaders from leading international businesses take part. Based on the responses from organisations around the world, Deloitte provided an insight into current global mobility strategies and how they’re aligning with the wider business and talent agenda.
