Meet Nick Turner
Nick is a Partner in our Customer Management practice and operational lead of the Marketing Effectiveness practice in the UK.
Nick has over 13 years experience working with blue chip organisations to deliver large-scale commercial transformation projects, covering the alignment of marketing, sales and service. Nick specialises in the areas of marketing spend efficiency and effectiveneness, marketing resource management, customer loyalty, customer analytics, trade promotions management, and channel strategy.
Nick has previously held several Marketing line management roles, is a Fellow and Advisory Board member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and a former member of the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers DM Counsel.
