Paul is a Partner within the Customer Management team and the lead for the TMT industry. He has supported organisations in transforming their customer experience for over 17 years.
Working largely within TMT, Paul’s work is characterised by supporting businesses from definition of strategy through implementation to realisation of benefits. He has led a number of programmes looking at contact and channel strategy, call centre and field force operations and CRM and telephony implementations.
Paul’s clients have included leading digital media organisation and global telecoms providers.
