Preparing Business for the GamesStress Test on 8 & 9 May 2012 |
Businesses across London are invited to jointly test their Olympic plans ahead of the London 2012 Games on May the 8th and 9th. This initiative is being promoted by Canary Wharf Group and Deloitte, working in partnership with the Government Olympic Executive, Transport for London, The Greater London Authority, City of London Corporation, and The Financial Services Authority.
The aim is to provide a window during which organisations can collectively put into practice their alternate working plans for the London 2012 Games. As part of the test, participating organisations will be surveyed to provide a consolidated set of results on the practicalities of implementing alternate working arrangements, which will be shared with businesses to support further planning for the London 2012 Games.
All organisations across London are eligible to participate regardless of size or sector, and each organisation can decide on their level of participation, although organisations are encouraged to implement as many aspects of their plans as is practical. Participation is free of charge and you will be provided with additional survey tools to help you understand the effectiveness of the alternate working arrangements used by staff.
