- Security Strategy: The maturity of an organisation's security strategy, structure, policy and process reflects its ability to respond to physical, personnel or information threats.
- Physical Security: Our competence and experience spans a wide spectrum of security subjects enabling us to create bespoke programmes for specialist issues.
- Personnel Security: We work with organisations to identify the ‘insider threat’ and to help them overcome the idea that, “it won’t happen in my backyard”.
- Information Security (hard copy information): The identification of appropriate policy and procedures to protect the storage and distribution of hard copy documentation.
- Global Risk Analysis: Bespoke reporting and forecasting on regional, national and local geopolitical and security risks to critical assets, recognising that a business’ characteristics determine risk exposure and internal risk appetite define controls.
Our risk methodology is based on industry best practice. We conduct strategic and operational risk assessments to identify threat, attractiveness, likelihood, vulnerability and impact.
