CR policy lifecycle

Creating frameworks to support strategy and governance

An organisation’s coprorate responsibility (CR)  strategy defines priority issues to be addressed through its CR programme.  In order to successfully implement a CR strategy and its related targets, an organisation will need a set of carefully developed policies.  CR policies will provide the operational framework, with defined limits or boundaries, for a broad range of CR activities and engagements.

Formal CR policies assist organisations  to define the scope of activities within their CR programme, embed CR activities in the business and support effective governance.

How we can help

Regardless of whether your organisation is producing its first set of CR policies or has an established set in place, there are always opportunities to review, revise and improve.  Deloitte can assist in updating policies and in implementing them to deliver against the CR strategy.

Deloitte’s team of experienced CR advisors support CR practitioners through the policy lifecycle by writing policies, assisting with their rollout and performing policy reviews.
