Martyn Jones
Martyn Jones is the National Audit Technical Partner at Deloitte. He is a member of the CBI Companies Committee and Vice-President Elect of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Martyn was heavily involved in lobbying the DTI and the ASB in the development respectively of the Regulations on Directors' Reports and OFR and on the ASB's Reporting Statement on OFR. He advises a number of clients in the listed and public sectors on matters relating to governance, internal control and communication. Martyn Jones.
Professor Isobel Sharp CBE
Isobel Sharp is a partner at Deloitte LLP where she specialises in corporate reporting and governance matters. She is a Visiting Professor at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Isobel has served on the UK’s Accounting Standards Board and the Financial Reporting Review Panel and was President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland for 2007/8. She is a Board member, and Audit Committee Chair, of the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority which creates and operates the system for MPs’ pay, expenses and related matters. Kirsty Searles
Kirsty Searles is a partner within our Internal Audit and Risk Management practice with over 11 years of experience, over 8 of that in the full time delivery of internal audit and risk management services. Kirsty is experienced in working with organisations to understand their risk profile, set-up and develop risk management frameworks and governance processes and link assurance activities to risks. She developed our Business Risk Early Warning System methodology and has led the delivery of internal audit and risk management services to a number of major UK and global organisations.
