US listed global sales offices of US provider of networking solutions for homes and small businesses. Global turnover US $200m.
As part of a global sales expansion program, the US company had opened eight new branches across Asia Pacific and Europe. The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) had limited knowledge of regulatory and reporting requirements outside the US and required global accounting and financial support services for the new branches. The CFO specifically required central coordination for the global set up and monthly reporting process as well as local support for each branch operation.
