This CIO Club event addressed the method for building, implementing and measuring an IT strategy. Lively discussions were held between representatives from organisations in the private and public sectors, and attendees heard from our guest speaker David Weymouth, formerly Group CIO at Barclays, on his experiences.

The debate gave real insight into what CIOs think about the many pressures faced today, and the issues that are experienced when it comes to building a strategy and to getting that strategic message across. This document is intended to represent the range of views and some of the differing opinions arising from the discussions.
