The Deloitte CFO Transition Lab is a personalised and exclusive one day workshop for newly appointed CFOs. It is designed to help an individual CFO to make an efficient and powerful transition into their new role.

The Lab helps the CFO to frame their priorities, assess their talent and organisation and identify different approaches to managing their complex stakeholder relationships. The result of a day in the Lab is a clear action plan to make a successful transition.

Who is a Lab suitable for?

Each Lab is tailored to the individual. It is therefore equally suitable for experienced CFOs and those taking up their first CFO role.

We work closely with the CFO to ensure that their expectations of the day are understood, enabling us to maximise the value of the time invested.

Labs are designed and run for:

  • First-time CFOs;
  • Experienced CFOs moving industry or organisation;
  • CFOs looking to refresh their priorities and plan in their current role, e.g. following the arrival of a new CEO or a change in organisation strategy; and
  • Interim CFOs.
