Building Carbon Management Services
Buildings account for a significant proportion of global carbon emissions. Much emphasis has been placed on reductions of carbon emissions from managing buildings. However operational emissions can represent less than 50% of total emissions over the full lifecycle of a building; the remainder from construction, maintenance and end-of-life. We provide full building carbon management services to help developers and occupiers manage and reduce their total carbon footprint from design to demolition.
Responsible Property Investment
We provide a range of advisory services to institutional and private equity investors to ensure a holistic approach to the investment and management of property that addresses risks and opportunities relating to sustainability across the triple bottom line. We have developed a range of tools and valuation-focused analytical techniques to support investors and fund managers in their fiduciary duties and to guard against the risk of accelerated investment depreciations.
Sustainable Estates
There is an explicit link between people, space, energy and resources, cost, and carbon – each driving demand for the other. We provide a comprehensive approach to all these inter-related issues to help achieve maximum benefit in terms of addressing sustainability, operational efficiency and productivity for both commercial and public sector clients.
Sustainable Design & Development
We provide a specialised planning and sustainable design service for sites and capital projects where sustainability is a key client or stakeholder issue. Our service extends from individual property design, to environmental master planning and even city and regional planning and development advice. We also offer a full BREEAM assessment and advisory service.
