London is Europe’s largest international banking centre and is the European headquarters of over a third of all the Fortune 500 companies. All major global banks and financial institutions in the world have a presence there.

In response to growing demand from Indian financial services firms, Deloitte and UK Trade & Investment have joined forces to produce this brief guide to opening a financial services venture in the UK. Its launch is timed to coincide with the annual FICCI Global Banking conference in Mumbai on 7th September 2010.
