Deloitte's Digital Index tracks changes in the consumer take-up of 12 digital products and services, spanning technology, media and telecommunications. The Digital Index is a key part of Deloitte’s Digital Transition programme, which has been designed to help any company looking to maximise its digitisation dividend.
