Glyn is a partner in our Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure industry group, where he leads the provision of Deloitte's UK tax services to the Licensed Retail sector. He is a chartered accountant and former member of the Tax Technical committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
His clients include The Restaurant Group plc, TGI Friday's Ltd, JD Wetherspoon plc, Shepherd Neame Ltd, D&D London (formerly Conran Restaurants) as well as Hakkasan, Ferrero UK and Godiva Chocolatier. Glyn has also advised on numerous transactions, including those involving Brunning and Price, Hakkasan and Busaba, Noble House Leisure, Pioneer Pubs, Mill House Inns, Urban Dining and Green and Black's Chocolate Ltd.
