integrated Hotel Asset Management

What is Hotel Asset Management?

The hotel industry has undergone fundamental structural change over the last two decades. As a result, numerous property investors now have hotels in their investment portfolios.

Hotels are specialist assets and require active management in order to generate optimal returns. This, along with the differing objectives of asset owners and the hotel operating/brand companies, has led to the need for owners to obtain specialist hotel asset management advice to help them maximise cash flows and asset value.

Our approach

Deloitte has taken the traditional hotel asset management model and improved it by integrating the various stages of hotel ownership - from the critical early investment decision through to the ultimate disposal - with specialist hotel knowledge and expertise. We have a holistic approach by combining advisory, finance, tax, restructuring, M&A, research and real estate.

The result is our dedicated integrated Hotel Asset Management service offering which provides invaluable support and industry insight to hotel owners.
