National Governing Bodies
As an NGB you are faced with the task of ensuring that the venue that you utilise for your key events projects the appropriate image of your sport and contributes to enhancing the public’s perception of the sport. Your venue may currently be under-utilised, but could, given the right advice, allow you to generate additional revenue outside of your core event days. You may want to invest in new facilities but are unsure as to what would be an appropriate scale and level of quality for those facilities.
