Senior Consultant, Sports Business Group
Jake is a Senior Consultant in the Sports Business Group, with over ten years of diverse sports consulting expertise in strategy, governing bodies, economic impact, ticketing and league re-structuring.
Most recently Jake led a major feasibility study regarding the potential privatisation of leading sports clubs in Saudi Arabia, which included developing a blueprint for the future structure and operation of the Saudi professional football league.
His work for International Federations includes several major strategic, financial and economic projects for the International Cycling Union, International Rugby Board, West Indies Cricket Board and the ATP Tour in tennis. In the run up to London 2012, he also led a project jointly-commissioned by UK Sport and British Cycling reviewing the impact of Team Sky on British Cycling’s World Class Performance Programme.
Jake has also led a number of economic studies assessing the impact of hosting major events, including the 2006 Ryder Cup, the Volvo Ocean Race and the Rugby World Cup.
He has advised on ticketing and corporate hospitality pricing and strategy for several English Premier League football clubs as well as the Ryder Cup and Irish Rugby Football Union.
