Andy Rothery is a Real Estate Advisory Partner specialising in structuring complex Real Estate transactions. Andy also has operational responsibility for our Real Estate tax practice in London and is on the Real Estate Executive team with responsibility for Real Estate transactions for Deloitte nationally.
A Chartered Accountant by training, Andy has wide experience of working on structured property investment and finance transactions and has been involved in a number of landmark capital raising, securitisation and other innovative financing issues.
