Alistair Davies
Alistair is a Director in our Location Solutions division. He is a Chartered Accountant and has more than twenty six years experience with Deloitte. During that time he has worked overseas, where he specialised in the Financial Services sector, and has also spent time seconded to Government where he was involved in the negotiation and detailed financial appraisal of a wide range of grant applications.
Alistair has considerable experience in site selection work, particularly within the Financial Services sector. He works with clients on a national or international basis to help them capture grants and incentives towards their medium-term investment plans.

Chris Lewis
Chris is a Director from the Deloitte real estate advisory team (Drivers Jonas Deloitte). He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 13 years experience in the UK and overseas where he has specialised in advising occupiers of all types real estate with strategy and implementation.
In recent years Chris has been responsible from some of the largest occupier transactions in the UK where he specialises in acquisition engagements. In 2010 his team was rated no.1 Occupier Advisor by the Estates Gazette and Property Week.

Elias van Herwaarden
Elias van Herwaarden heads up Deloitte’s Global Location & Facility Services team and is the EMEA Service Leader for Deloitte’s site selection efforts. Elias has over 20 years of experience in Location Consulting and assisted over 350 clients worldwide with international site selection and corporate restructuring. Elias has more than ten years experience with Deloitte, having previously worked for a foreign investment agency in North America.
Elias has assessed off/near-shore operating and cost conditions for over 100 Shared Services Centers (SSC), Headquarters, manufacturing and distribution sites, conducting field work around the globe, with a particular emphasis on Europe.
He regularly speaks and publishes material around SSC location.
