Claire Faulkner Head of Real Estate Claire leads the Deloitte UK Real Estate industry group – a 900 strong real estate practice. Claire specialises in audit and assurance services and has completed significant levels of transaction support work. She advises her clients on both commercial and accounting matters, including technical advice and financing transactions. |

Andrew Clark Private Companies Andrew Clark leads the Private Real Estate Businesses team. An experienced assurance and advisory partner, he has worked with clients in real estate throughout his career, and has also advised clients in the infrastructure sector. |

Richard Thornhill AIM Richard is a Director in the Advisory Development Group and has 15 years of audit and transaction services experience in Deloitte. Richard is also the real estate representative in the Deloitte Capital Markets group which specialises in providing reporting accountant services to companies listing in the UK and overseas. |

David Brown Real Estate Funds David Brown is a senior partner in the Real Estate tax group of Deloitte in London and heads the Real Estate Funds group working extensively on UK and pan-European real estate capital flows. |

Mark Beddy Financial Institutions Mark is a senior partner in the Real Estate Group with wide experience in the real estate and construction sector. He has significant real estate experience built up over many years in the sector, both as a company director and in Deloitte. |

Matt Townsend Private Equity Funds Matt is a partner with 13 years experience in corporate tax specialising in providing tax advice in relation to real estate, or real estate backed transactions. He has advised on a number of significant UK, European and Asian real estate transactions including acquisitions, refinancings and other restructuring projects. |

John Whitehead Sovereign Wealth & International Institutions John is a senior partner in the Real Estate team based in London and has been a Partner since 1998. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. Chris Baldwin Residential & House builders Chris leads the Residential Real Estate team. He has gained a wealth of experience through almost 20 years’ work in real estate His background is in real estate valuation. Whilst his skills and experience now extend far beyond traditional valuation, it is this discipline that continues to form the backbone of much of Chris’s work. |

He worked for the British Land Company PLC for 19 years, until 2006, of which the last 15 years were as an Executive Director. |

Richard Muschamp Audit Richard is an audit partner based in the London office where he leads our real estate audit practice. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1996 and became a partner in 2004. He has extensive experience working with major listed businesses, many with complex international operations. |

Richard Owen Corporate Finance Richard Owen is a chartered surveyor and partner in the London office, where he headed the Management and Valuation group for several years before being elected Managing Partner of Drivers Jonas Deloitte from 1 January 2012. |
