Andrew Clark leads the Private Real Estate Businesses team. An experienced assurance and advisory partner, he has worked with clients in real estate throughout his career, and has also advised clients in the infrastructure sector. He has substantial experience of leading both assurance and corporate finance engagements for clients, and in leading large teams on complex, multinational audit and transaction support engagements. He has been with the firm for 24 years, 13 as a partner.
Andrew's recent assignments include:
- Audits of a number of UK real estate funds, private and listed companies, many with international operations where Andrew has worked with international property specialists in a number of countries.
- Due diligence for a number of property investors and developers.
- Transaction support in connection with a share issues and bond issues/refinancings for UK property investors.
- Advising real estate companies during renegotiation of banking covenants.
