Nick is a senior advisor to the Real Estate corporate finance practice, bringing to the group valuable insight into the property market and the needs of clients.
Nick worked for the British Land Company PLC for 19 years, until 2006, of which the last 15 years were as an Executive Director. In 2006, he set up two non-property hedge funds. He was President of the British Property Federation 2006-2007, playing a major role in the launch of REITs and has served on the Management Committee of the IPF, the Executive Committee of the EPRA and the Index Committee of IPD. He sits on the Executive Committee of REITA.
