Forging a property strategy to support your business needs
Rooms for improvement
Frequent changes in technology and market conditions mean that organisations, both public and private, are having to become increasingly dynamic and flexible. But for most organisations their property assets are, by their very nature, long-term and expensive to change. Many organisations have under-invested in their property assets and many of them are at the stage of their lifecycle where they require significant investment.

This can constrain your ability to deliver services or interact with customers, constrain cultural change, lock-in an inefficient cost base and consume scarce capital. Furthermore, have you made the key linkages between people, IT and property assets, and exploited the resulting efficiencies?
