New directions...the future of the NHS

The NHS is undergoing one of the most radical shake-ups it has experienced since its creation over 60 years ago, as a result the challenge facing NHS leaders is substantial as they direct the transformation of organisations and their workforce to meet the needs of the new NHS structure.

Deloitte are running a series of seminars for those interested in people management to explore the strategic challenges.
