Background

The MoD’s ability to deliver large and complex projects is currently affected by a number of strategic, operational and managerial challenges. Deloitte’s approach to addressing these challenges is based on a combination of our tried and tested Enterprise Programme Management (EPM) strategy, which we believe fits well with the MoD’s current and longer term needs, combined with a full range of appropriate client services delivered by our Defence Team.
