The future prosperity of Britain is dependent upon building a society in which individuals are given the opportunity to develop to their maximum potential. In November 2007 the Deloitte Education team began work with the Learning and Skills Council and UK Skills to deliver the 'From Competence to Excellence' Programme. This case study discusses the challenges and achievements of the Programme.
