Nigel is the industry leader for Deloitte’s Consumer Business practice – the fastest growing industry group within the firm, with over 1,000 industry aligned employees across all four service lines. He also leads our Consumer Packaged Goods Practice in the UK. Prior to returning to the UK, Nigel led Deloitte’s Consumer Business practice in Asia where he was based for 14 years. He focuses on assisting International Consumer Goods clients to achieve improved levels of operational performance throughout all areas of their business.
Nigel has led a number of large business transformation projects including the redesign of a US Global consumer packaged goods companies European Supply Chain operation, development of a business strategy and transformation program for one of Japan’s leading consumer packaged goods companies, business transformation of one of Europe’s largest Beverage organisations and development of a Digital Media Strategy for one of the worlds leading consumer packaged goods organisation.
